If your organization uses KoachSynk: No! Coaches get free access when their organization subscribes. Just ask your org admin to invite you.

Independent Coach Plans are only for coaches who want to manage their own team(s) outside of an organization—like a private travel team or personal coaching business.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, the new rate takes effect at your next renewal date.

No! All plans include unlimited players. Whether you have 10 players or 100, you can add as many as you need to each team at no additional cost.

Yes! Many of our plans include a free first month — look for the "1 Free Month Included" badge on the plan card. No credit card required to start.

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
