KoachSynk uses a unique email-based system that makes managing your family simple and efficient. Here's everything you need to know.
The Core Concept
Your email address is the key to everything in KoachSynk.
Instead of creating separate accounts with usernames and passwords, KoachSynk uses your email address as the universal identifier that links your entire family together.
How It Works
Step 1: First Registration
When you register your first child, you enter your family email address (e.g., smithfamily@email.com). This email becomes the link for your entire family.
Step 2: Automatic Linking
Every time you register anyone using the same email address, they automatically connect to your family:
- Players - All children registered with your email link together
- Guardians - Both parents/guardians using the same email see all children
- Managers - If you become a team manager, that role links to your email too
Step 3: Everything in One Place
When you log in or receive notifications, you see information for everyone linked to your email address.
What Gets Linked Together
Players
All children registered with your email address connect automatically. You can register multiple children for multiple teams across different sports.
Guardians
Both parents or multiple guardians can use the same email. Each guardian sees all children linked to that email address.
Teams
See all teams your children are on, across all organizations and sports, in one place.
Roles
If you volunteer as a team manager, that role also links to your email alongside your guardian and player roles.

What They Register:
