Types of Emails We Send

KoachSynk emails fall into two groups:

• Critical emails: invitations, password resets, and account activations. These are required to access your account, so they cannot be turned off.
• Optional emails: registration confirmations and payment receipts, team broadcasts, poll notifications, schedule reminders, and marketing updates. You can opt out of these — note that opting out also stops registration confirmations and receipts for that address.

Unsubscribing

To opt out, visit koachsynk.com/unsubscribe.php, confirm your email address (entering it twice), and tick the checkbox acknowledging the consequences. Opting out stops all optional/non-essential emails for that address — there is no per-category opt-out. The opt-out is per-email-address and applies across all teams and organizations, so if multiple family members share one address, everyone using it stops receiving those emails.

Re-Subscribing

If you unsubscribed by accident, contact KoachSynk support and we'll re-enable emails for your address.

Spam & Promotions Folder

If you're not getting emails you expect:

• Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder
• Add [email protected] to your address book or contacts
• Mark a KoachSynk email as "Not Spam" or move it to your Inbox so future emails land there
