Getting Started as a Coach

Welcome to KoachSynk! This guide will help you understand how to get started as a coach on the platform.

How Coaches Join KoachSynk

There are two ways to become a coach on KoachSynk:

1. Invited by an Organization

Most coaches are invited by their organization administrator:

1. Your org admin sends you an invitation email
2. Click the link to create your username and password
3. Log in and you'll see your assigned teams

2. Independent Coach

If you run your own teams without an organization:

1. Sign up as an independent coach
2. Create your teams and invite players directly
3. Manage everything yourself

What Can Coaches Do?

Once you're set up, you'll have access to powerful tools:

• Roster Management: View and manage your team roster, see player contact info
• Scheduling: Create games, practices, and other events
• Communication: Message your entire team or individuals
• Availability: See who can make it to upcoming events
• Statistics: Track player performance throughout the season
• Practice Plans: Create and organize drills and practice plans

Download the KoachSynk mobile app to manage your team on the go:

• Check your schedule
• Message players and parents
• View roster and contact info
• Enter stats after games
