KoachSynk is available as a mobile app for iPhone, iPad, and Android phones.
- iPhone / iPad: Available on the App Store

Sign in with your username and password — the same ones you use on the website. Log in with your username, not your email; if you only remember your email, tap “Forgot your username?” on the login screen.
What You Can Do on Mobile
- Dashboard: See upcoming events, recent chat activity, and team news at a glance
- Schedule: Browse practices and games, set your availability, and view event details
- Chat: Send and receive team messages, react with emojis, and share photos
- Photos: Upload and browse your team's photo gallery
- Polls: Respond to team polls and surveys from your coach
- Roster & Stats: View team rosters, player profiles, and statistics
For Coaches & Org Admins
The mobile app isn't just for players and guardians — coaches and organization admins can manage on the go too:
- Coaches: View any team you coach, check rosters and schedules, and stay on top of team activity
- Org admins: View team rosters and stats org-wide, see the org-wide schedule and statistics, and approve or deny pending team and coach join requests right from your phone
Push Notifications
The app sends push notifications for:
- New chat messages on your team
- New events added to your schedule
- Team announcements and polls
- Photos uploaded to your team's gallery
- Availability requests from your coach
On first launch you'll be asked to allow notifications. To change later, go to your phone's Settings → KoachSynk → Notifications.
Accepting Team Invitations
When a coach invites you to a team, you'll receive an email. Tap Accept Invitation to open the accept page. Once accepted, the team appears on your dashboard the next time you open the app.
If You Need Help
If the app misbehaves, try force-quitting and reopening. If a push notification doesn't arrive, double-check that notifications are enabled in both the app and your phone's system settings.
