KoachSynk provides built-in messaging to keep your entire team connected. Send announcements, coordinate with parents, and communicate with coaches—all in one place.

Who Can Use Messaging?

• Coaches: Message the entire team, individual players, or guardians
• Parents/Guardians: Message coaches and view team announcements
• Players: View team messages and communicate with coaches
• Managers: Send and receive team communications

Sending Messages

To Message Your Team:

1. Go to your Team Page
2. Click Messages or the chat icon
3. Select recipients (entire team, players only, guardians only, or specific people)
4. Type your message
5. Click Send

Message Types:

• Team Announcements: Reach everyone at once
• Direct Messages: Private conversation with one person
• Group Messages: Selected group of recipients

Mobile App Messaging

The KoachSynk mobile app provides the full messaging experience:

• Push notifications for new messages
• View conversation history
• Send photos and images
• Quick replies on the go
