What is the Photo Gallery?
Every team has a shared photo gallery where coaches, players, guardians, and managers can upload pictures from games, practices, and events. Photos can be tagged to a specific event so everyone knows which game or practice they're from.
Where to Find It
On both desktop and mobile, look for the Photos tab on your team page.
Uploading Photos
- Open your team's Photos tab
- Tap or click Upload
- You'll be asked which event the photos are from (optional — choose No event (general gallery) to skip)
- Select photos from your device and confirm
Supported formats are JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP. Photos are automatically resized for quick loading, and EXIF location data is stripped before upload to protect your privacy.
iPhone users: HEIC photos are not supported. To upload directly from your iPhone, change Settings → Camera → Formats → Most Compatible so new photos are saved as JPEG, or convert the image to JPEG before uploading.
Liking and Downloading
- Tap the heart icon on any photo to like it
- Tap the download icon to save the full-resolution version to your device
Deleting Photos
- You can delete photos you uploaded yourself at any time
- Coaches can delete any photo on their team (for moderation)
Privacy & Safety
Photos are visible only to members of your team — players, guardians, the coach, and any managers. Photos do not appear publicly anywhere on KoachSynk. Location/GPS data is removed from every photo at upload.
