What to Expect at Registration

Registering your child for a team is quick and easy! Here's what you need to know before you start:

What You'll Need

• Your Family Email Address - This is the key to your family account. All family members (players, guardians, managers) will automatically link to this email. Use the same email for all future registrations!
• Player Information - Child's first name, last name, and date of birth
• Contact Information - Parent/guardian name, phone number, emergency contact (if required)
• Medical Information - Allergies, medical conditions, or special needs (if required by your organization)
• Payment Method - Credit or debit card for registration fees (if applicable)

Optional Information

Some organizations may also request:

• T-shirt size
• Previous playing experience
• Position preferences
• Carpool or ride-sharing information
• Photo/media release consent

The Registration Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Find Your Organization

Navigate to your organization's public registration page (you should have received a link from your organization).

Step 2: Select a Season

Choose the season you want to register for from the list of active seasons.

Step 3: Select a Division

Pick a division within that season (typically based on age group, grade, or skill level). The registration fee, or a FREE badge, is shown next to each division.

Step 4: Enter Your Family Email Address

This is an important step! Your email address is how KoachSynk links your entire family:

• Enter a guardian or player's email address to find any existing players already on file
• If a match is found, you can select that player to pre-fill their information; if not, you can continue as a new player
• All family members (players, guardians, managers) using this email will automatically be linked together
• When you register additional children or family members using the same email, they all connect together
• You'll receive notifications and updates for everyone in your family at this email address

Step 5: Fill in Player Information

Enter your child's details:

• First & Last Name
• Date of Birth
• Current grade (if the division is grade-based)
• Medical information (if required)
• T-shirt size (if requested)

Step 6: Enter Parent/Guardian Contact Information

Provide your contact details including phone number and emergency contact information (if required).

Step 7: Complete Your Registration / Payment

When the form is filled out:

• Review the total amount (including any processing fees or discount code you applied)
• If there is a registration fee, click Proceed to Payment. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe Checkout page to enter your credit or debit card information and finish paying.
• If the division is FREE, the button instead reads Complete Registration and finishes immediately — no card needed.

Step 8: Confirmation

You'll receive an email confirmation immediately with registration details and payment receipt (if applicable).

Most registrations take just minutes to complete. Have all your information ready before you start for the fastest experience.

After Registration

Once you complete registration, you'll receive:

• A confirmation email with registration details
• Payment receipt (if applicable)
• Information about next steps from your organization
• Team assignment details (timing varies by organization)
