Registering your child for a team is quick and easy! Here''s what you need to know before you start:
What You''ll Need
- Your Family Email Address - This is the key to your family account. All family members (players, guardians, managers) will automatically link to this email. Use the same email for all future registrations!
- Player Information - Child''s first name, last name, and date of birth
- Contact Information - Parent/guardian name, phone number, emergency contact (if required)
- Medical Information - Allergies, medical conditions, or special needs (if required by your organization)
- Payment Method - Credit or debit card for registration fees (if applicable)
Optional Information
Some organizations may also request:
- T-shirt size
- Previous playing experience
- Position preferences
- Carpool or ride-sharing information
- Photo/media release consent
The Registration Process (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Find Your Organization
Navigate to your organization''s public registration page (you should have received a link from your organization).
Step 2: Enter Your Family Email Address
This is the most important step! Your email address is how KoachSynk links your entire family:
- Enter your family email address during registration
- All family members (players, guardians, managers) will automatically be linked by this email
- When you register additional children or family members using the same email, they all connect together
- You''ll receive notifications and updates for everyone in your family at this email address
Step 3: Select Division
Choose the season/division you want to register for (typically based on age group or skill level).
Step 4: Fill in Player Information
Enter your child''s details:
- First & Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Medical information (if required)
- T-shirt size (if requested)
Step 5: Enter Parent/Guardian Contact Information
Provide your contact details including phone number and emergency contact information.(if required)
Step 6: Make Payment (If Applicable)
If there''s a registration fee:
- Review the total amount
- Enter credit/debit card information (securely processed through Stripe)
- Click Complete Payment
Step 7: Confirmation
You''ll receive an email confirmation immediately with registration details and payment receipt (if applicable).
